These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Range Rally mobile applications (iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch) and this website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who may use the Service

You may use the Service only if you can legally form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

4. Your content and data

Range Rally lets you create and store information such as clubs, bags, shots, practice sessions, courses, and virtual rounds ("Your Data"). You are responsible for Your Data, including its accuracy.

The Service is designed so that Your Data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, synced through your iCloud account.

6. Purchases

Any purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by attempting to overload or bypass any security measures.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Range Rally provides practice and performance insights for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional instruction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
